1. Information We Collect

Through our estimate request forms (on /contact, /diagnostics, and our service detail pages) and through our chatbot, we may collect:

• Contact information — first and last name, phone number, and email address.
• Equipment information — equipment type, brand and model, reported problem, and urgency.
• Appointment information — preferred times, selected diagnostic date/time, and booking status.
• Location information — city and ZIP code, and service address.
• Uploaded photos — optional photos of your equipment or model label that you choose to attach.
• SMS consent records — your informational and marketing text-message consent selections, the exact disclosure text and version you saw, the UTC date and time of consent, the page URL, the form or chatbot identifier, the lead source, and the registered campaign/use case.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule diagnostic appointments.
• To confirm diagnostic pricing and service availability.
• To provide repair estimates and service-status updates.
• To send non-marketing text messages about your inquiry, appointments, estimates, and service updates — only if you have affirmatively consented.
• To send recurring marketing and promotional text messages, including special offers and discounts — only if you have separately and affirmatively consented to marketing messages.
• To improve our services and website functionality.

3. Service Providers

We use LeadConnector/HighLevel and other third-party service providers to process form submissions, manage customer relationships, send text messages, and schedule appointments. These providers process your information on our behalf under appropriate agreements and are bound by obligations of confidentiality.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to inquiries, fulfill appointments, and maintain consent records for compliance purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. SMS Consent Records and Opt-Outs

We maintain auditable records of your SMS consent. For every form and chatbot opt-in we store your phone number, your informational-consent selection, your marketing-consent selection (if applicable), the exact disclosure text and disclosure version (currently 2026-09-19-v1), the UTC date and time of consent, the page URL, the form or chatbot identifier, the lead source, and the registered campaign/use case. We do not store only “Yes” or “No.”

We do not place a contact into any SMS workflow unless a matching affirmative consent record exists. Entering a phone number or submitting a form does not automatically count as SMS consent.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords: STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT. Upon opt-out we immediately suppress your number from applicable messaging, send no more than one non-promotional confirmation, and never automatically re-enroll you. For help, reply HELP.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting us using the information below.
