We provide mobile small-engine repair services including diagnostics, repair estimates, and repairs for lawn mowers, chainsaws, string trimmers, generators, pressure washers, and blowers. Diagnostic pricing and service availability are confirmed before any appointment is finalized. The diagnostic fee is reduced by 50% when you choose to proceed with the repair estimate after diagnosis.

2. Appointments and Estimates

Submitting a request through our forms or chatbot is an appointment or estimate request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm the diagnostic price and service availability before finalizing any appointment.

3. Text Messaging Program

3.1 Registered Sender / Brand

The sender for all text messages under this program is Dave's mobile small engine repair LLC. Registered campaign/use case: A2P 10DLC — Informational + Marketing (appointments, estimates, service updates, promotional offers).

3.2 Informational Message Types

With your affirmative informational consent, we may send non-marketing text messages regarding your inquiry, appointment confirmations and updates, diagnostic pricing and availability, repair estimates, and service-status updates.

We preserve auditable consent evidence for every opt-in, including the exact disclosure text and version (currently 2026-09-19-v1), the UTC timestamp, page URL, form/chatbot identifier, lead source, and registered campaign. We do not place a contact into an SMS workflow unless a matching affirmative consent record exists.
